- RISK MANAGEMENT -
A 90-day trial with a new employee allows you to be free from the burden of worker’s comp, general liability, payroll services, etc.
- REDUCED HIRING BURDEN -
CCS will handle all screening, reference checks, skills qualifying, drug testing, etc. and will communicate with the appropriate contact at your office BEFORE placing an employee with your organization.
- 4 HOUR GUARANTEE -
All employees we send out have a 4-hour window (working interview) during which you can have a test run. If the employee does not meet the standards of what you were expecting, send him or her home and you will not be charged for the time.
- CONSTANT COMMUNICATION -
Our staff will be actively involved in the project at hand, from start to finish, to ensure every employee we send is EXACTLY what you are needing on site, not only on day one, but for the entirety of the job.
Safety first and foremost!
We care about you and your Safety on the jobsite. Once you have been selected to work for CCS you will complete a Safety Orientation and will have the opportunity to ask questions and review. One of our Team members will discuss with you and verify the necessary Tools you will need for your assignment. These Tools must be in good working order. We will not allow defective Tools or frayed cords to be used on assignments. We will cover and verify all PPE necessary for the jobsite and overall requirements for your Safety.

A: There is no contract with our application process, and all we need from you is proof of work eligibility and citizenship (or proof of legal residency). Your basic documents for the I-9 paperwork.
Q: What is the cost of your services?
A: There is absolutely no cost for any services that we provide.
How often do I get paid and how do I get paid?
A: Pay is weekly, on Thursdays, and we offer direct deposit or live checks for pickup in our local offices.
Q: If I am in construction, what tools do I need?
A: Necessary Tools and Clothing are going to differ for each available position. This will all be discussed in the interview and prior to any job placement.
